Waffle
A 5 × 5 waffle of letters hides three words across and three words down, all scrambled. Swap any two tiles to put them back: green is home, amber belongs in that row or column, grey belongs somewhere else. Fifteen swaps, a daily waffle for everyone, and random ones to send a friend.
How to play

Swap two tiles
Tap a letter, then tap another to swap them. Green tiles are already home and stay put.

Read the colors
Amber means the letter belongs in that row or column word, just not in that spot. Grey means it belongs elsewhere.

Mind the corners
Corner and center tiles sit in two words at once, so amber there can point across or down.

Save your swaps
You get 15 swaps. Every swap you have left when all six words are green earns you a star.
